Our experience at this beautiful apartment was great. Great location close enough to the center of Rotorua city center, and the supermarket, and the room was neat. We could walk to River City Cafe in 15 minutes. Amazing building, where we stayed.

First of all, let me start by saying that the location of these apartments is simply unbeatable. Situated just a stone's throw away from Lake Rotorua, you'll find yourself immersed in the scenic beauty of nature. And if you're a food lover like me, you'll be delighted to know that it's also conveniently close to the vibrant Eat Street. Trust me, you won't have to travel far to satisfy your taste buds!

came in rotorua to explore new places, this apartment was fabulous base for making it happen. everything here was great; would stay here again.

The location of these apartments was super convenient, as we could easily walk to Eat Street and the beautiful lake foreshore. The size of the apartment was mind-blowing, offering plenty of space for our family of 5. We were thrilled to have the luxury of garage parking and the free wi-fi was a great bonus. Everything was top-notch, from the well-equipped kitchen with its electric kettle and cookware, to the comfort of the air conditioning and the flat-screen TV. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze, allowing us more time to enjoy the jaw-dropping activities in the area such as hiking, canoeing, and fishing. We even discovered a nearby golf course and aqua park for extra fun. The outdoor dining area was perfect for enjoying meals, and we also enjoyed dining at the on-site restaurant and coffee shop. The availability of cots was helpful for our little ones and we appreciated the no-pets policy and no-smoking rule. our stay at these apartments was absolutely amazing and we would highly recommend them to anyone visiting.

We had a fantastic stay at the centrally located property in Rotorua. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the deck provided a great spot to relax in the sun. The location close to Government Gardens was perfect for exploring all the activities in the area. The bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. we had a enjoyable stay.

Excellent location, clean and spacious, good value for money, comfortable and cosy, fast wifi, Netflix available.

Nothing that I didn't like.

With all the amenities I need including Free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a restaurant, I always choose this place. The friendly staff even helped me find my lost earring! Can't wait to come back for Christmas!

The apartments at Pukaki Holiday Apartments are seriously awesome! They are so spacious with separate living and dining areas. Plus, the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and laundry facilities makes it super convenient for a longer stay. And did I mention each apartment has 2-3 bedrooms? So perfect for a big group!

I personally found it a bit inconvenient that there's only 1 bathroom with a shower on the same floor. But hey, that's just my preference.

Noise from upstairs tenants was very loud and disruptive. One bathroom was far from the bedroom and the fan was noisy.
